Description: 1922--EATON HOTEL ("HOME OF THE TRAVELING MAN") IN WICHITA, KANSAS--4 PAGE LOGO LETTER AND ENVELOPE...Here's a terrific 101 year old letter written on Sept. 23, 1922, from a traveling salesman to his wife in Kansas City, Missouri, on the logo stationery of the Eaton Hotel in Wichita, Kansas....The hotel advertises itself as the "Home of the Traveling Man"....The salesman writes about the weather, his health, his business dealings, some family and personal matters, how he misses her etc.....A little different in those days...Written in beautiful cursive hand written script....no emails, tweets, texting, skype etc.....kinda refreshing and very personal....This 4 page letter is in overall excellent or better condition....The envelope is in very good or better condition...opened and torn along one side and a little light wear around the edges....Buyer pays shipping costs of $4.50 (US)....
