Description: Up for sale is a nice custom-built Sage Graphite III GFL 389 LL fly rod. This rod is supposed to measure 8' 9" long; however, it only measures 8' 8". It looks like the tip was shortened about an inch. As you can see from there photos, the tip-guide is a replacement. Although you can use this rod as-is, I would recommend replacing the current tip-guide with a proper guide. Aside from the short tip, this rod is in near excellent shape. The blank is clean and the cork handle only has a light soiling. Please note, the cork handle is on the daintier side (the cork itself is 5 3/8" long). Comes with the sock and a tube.
