The neckline has a lovely ruffle accent and there is a drawstring in the neckline for adjustment. The drawstring ties in the front. Dress is lined and has no pockets. The side zips up. Fabric shell is 65% polyester and 35% cotton and lining is 100% silk. It is dry clean only. Fabric does not have stretch so please see measurements below.
