When new battery placed in it it worked. No battery included. Nice new strap that could be separated and resold. The back will not fit in the case. After several attempts normally, the back is also now slightly dented. The o-ring/rubber seal is broken and in two pieces. Will send with case and everything shown in pics. Beautiful gold and silver tone band. White face w gold and silver base. Please review all pics as part of description. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. As a brand new item, the finish on this is shiny and clean. However, please note even new items sometimes have minor scratching from handling. There is scratching and denting to the back faceplate which I have been unable to reattach. Please review all photos carefully and make your own judgement prior to purchase.
