It is missing its manual, though the information is built into the machine. I purchased this used, it was missing many of the original accessories. This has been serviced and cleaned recently by an authorized dealer, so running in tip top shape. There is 5D embroidery software included with the dongle and code to download, it is no longer supported by Viking but the techs should help you get it installed. There is an EQ7 CD included, I never used it so not sure it's all inclusive in running the program. As pictured many CD's included with a lot of extra designs. Plus there is an oversized extention table that is ajustable. This machine is a great work horse. Letting this go because, it's hard to pick up and take to class with me any longer.
