Description: The original Apple drive sleds are made of very brittle material. If you just glance at them, they snap in two. It's more or less impossible to remove or install them without breaking something off. So I spent a day building a new bracket in Solidworks. Mine has infill in hollow rails and other places, without removing ventilation paths. It is much, much sturdier than the original Apple sled. I have added a pair of holes so that SCSI2SD / ZuluSCSI can be mounted in Powermac 7x00 computers with space to insert and extract SD card without removing anything. Bracket will have a few rough spots from separating "support" from the part. This is an inevitable consequence of 3D printing. It is printed with 70% infill so that density is high.
