Night Of The Demon VHS 1980 Clamshell Box Plays Great

Here we have a well preserved VHS tape from around 1980 that plays just fine. I watched it a month or so ago and really was surprised how clear the images are for being on video tape. Whoever did the mastering to tape did a great job. There are no squeaks or noises as the cassette plays. Very few tracking noise glitches noticed. It is an ex-rental as the stickers on the cassette indicate. This is from my personal collection and was always kept fully rewound after watching with some fellow horror enthusiasts and a few drinks. The box is original but as you can see was trimmed a bit so it could be inserted into the protective white plastic clamshell case. Yes the movie is fully uncut and contains "that scene" where the monster attacks the poor male camper. Ouch, that's gotta hurt! I think it's fantastic that some people are getting away from everything digital and interested in things like VHS tapes and vinyl record albums. Times were simpler back then and technology hadn't gotten so out of hand. At any rate, if you're into rare horror movies this one is kind of a legendary low budget screamer.
