Description: Tool Collectors:Here we have an unusual vintage SNAP ON 1/4 in. drive ratchet. It is built on a 3/8 in. drive body. Some of its odd features is that it is unmarked, other than the " ON " & "OFF" & the 1965 "5" date code between the two. Another odd feature is that the body is a Pre 1960 style but the date code is 1965. I have shown it to several collectors and was told that it could have been a Prototype or a Special Order. It is a full size body and not the extra long version. It is 7" long. There are faint "B" marks on the side and reverse, the original owner.
