Review "Beyond the obviously amazing creativity there is a formidable coalition of relentless human spirits !!!I approached this book with a measured curiosity, unsure what I might learn or feel. What I experienced was the thoughtful reflections and creative imaginations of a diverse group of ingenious colleagues willing to express and expose their inner spirit. As we develop our own paths devoted to careers in health care, we discover insides ourselves our own " 21 year old Idealist " whose aspirations and ambitions have no limits in our quest to help and serve our fellow man. But for too many of us this professional journey can become difficult and even disillusioning. This Coalition of Courageous Colleagues offers us insight, inspiration, and hope as they encourage and enlighten us with their creativity and works of activation and empowerment. Bravo to them all !!! "Jack Cochran, MD, Retired CEO and Plastic Surgeon - Permanente FederationAuthor: Healer, Leader, Partner: Optimizing Physician Leadership to Transform Healthcare.
