Four to seven players, each maneuvers his administrative and military assets to establish control over the choicest and most strategic areas. Of course, there is bound to be ambitious opponents wanting the same assets and territorial expansion; there is sure to be conflict and could evolve into the war to end all wars! Time scale is 4 years per turn, Map scale is abstract, Unit scale is Corps/Fleet, Division/Task Force, Regiment/Squadron. Playing time: variable 4 to 7 hours.Game components: 666 die-cut counters,two 22 X 32" mapsheets, 1 rules book, 8 player sheets, 1 Administrative Record Pad, 1 counter storage tray with cover, and 2 six-sided dice.
