Description: Vintage 1920s blue flapper dress, drop waist, velvet belt with snaps. Hand made, the belt is a little rough, the dress seams have nice art deco lines. No closures, pull on over the head. Sheer chiffon, there is a second layer that serves as a slip. It has a large hem, it needs reattaching in a couple places, see photo of hem interior. There are a couple of light spots on the dress, and there are a couple of larger light spots on one sleeve, see photos. There are also a few popped seams. It's 100 year old chiffon, so by definition delicate, can't guarantee it for wearing out, but with care I was able to get it on and off the dress dummy without issue.
