Description: For sale is a vintage 1940s World War II green wool sweater vest made by the American Red Cross in Montgomery West Virginia. The vest measures approximately 20 inches tall, and it measures approximately 17 inches the corners of the waistline, 16 inches between each pit, and 13.5 inches from one corner of the shoulder to another with a 6 inch gap for the neck. Although there’s not a specific date on this, I’m assuming this was made during World War II. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would grade the overall condition of this at a 6.
