Description: This listing is for a vintage Adolfo for Saks Fifth Avenue knit sweater dress with long sleeves and attached belt. There is only 1 tag, the Adolfo one on the side of back zipper. Other similar Adolfo dresses are made with a 70% wool 30% Rayon blend. It came from an estate that had sizes in the range of 0 through 4. There is a little bit of stretch to the material, and there is light elastic at the waist by the belt. The belt is attached by a thin string. Measurements taken while laying flat include: Shoulder to Shoulder: 13" Underarm to underarm: 16" Bust: 15 1/2" Sleeve Length: 20.5" Front Length (Shoulder to Hem): 44" Waist (measured at belt): 10 1/2" Hip: 14" I did not see any tears, holes, stains, or rips on the dress. There is a light smell of long term storage and a lingering scent of grandma's perfume. Other similar Adolfo dresses are tagged as Dry Clean Only, so I would suggest that is the best way to launder. The black buttons are all faux, and more for decoration than function. There are sewn in inserts around the shoulder area to provide the slight height that accentuates the shoulders.
