The top of the ring is 17mm wide across. The outside of the band shows minimal wear for such a vintage ring. The inside of the ring is marked 18 KT HGE ESPO ESPO was the mark of the Joseph Esposito Jewelry Co. Size 7. Very retro setting. The Joseph Esposito Jewelry Co. was in Providence, RI beginning in 1951.
